The C11 has the XLT coatings. It has been collimated on an optical bench and the images are sharp with excellent contrast.

The CGE mount is smooth and quiet, points and tracks very well. The Celestron tripod is very stout making the assembly very solid.  Images are steady with no vibration. This setup is highly suitable for  astroastrophotography if a focal reducer and guide scope are used.
