I placed my name on the 130 waiting list late in 1999. Before my name came up AP made a run of 140’s. Not knowing when or if my name would come up for a 130, I placed my name on the 140 wait list and was fortunate to receive one of those, taking delivery in December of 2007. My name for the 130 came up in August, 2008. Thinking I would use it for travel I placed my order and took delivery in December. Space is at a premium in our method of travel so I have ended up not using it (except for one ‘check-out’ session). The 140 has been my go-to scope for use at/near home. For travel I have relied upon a spotting scope until recently receiving a Stowaway which fills my travel circumstances perfectly.
